Kate Cross - Committee Member

Kate Cross is the current Club and Community Manager for Whitsunday Green, a significant master-planned residential and lifestyle project in the Whitsunday region.

With more than 20 years’ experience in property development in the Whitsunday region, Kate has a first-hand understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by developers, investors and regional communities. Her experience has provided her with a strong understanding of the importance of thoughtful planning, infrastructure, investment and sustainable growth.

Kate has been actively involved with a range of organisations across tourism, real estate and local business and is a committee member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA). Through these roles, she has developed strong regional networks and is well positioned to facilitate meaningful conversations and collaboration between business, industry, government and the community.

A long-term local, Kate is passionate about the future of the Whitsunday region and is committed to supporting its sensible, sustainable development while ensuring that regional growth delivers lasting benefits for the broader community.
