Tony Bale - Committee Member
With a background in engineering and heavy construction, Tony has over 40 years of experience in large infrastructure and industrial projects in Australia and in North and South America. Tony currently serves in the Bowen community as Vice-chair of the Bowen Chamber of Commerce, and Chamber representative on the Bowen Collinsville Enterprise group.
During his career, Tony has been involved in several community-based volunteer initiatives, both in Australia and overseas. These include ‘Habitat for Humanity’ home building projects and skills development programs for underprivileged workers with limited opportunities.
He is passionate about creating a vision for our community, underpinned by a balanced approach to economic growth, sustainability, community services, and quality of life.
