GW Housing Alliance Presentation on Modern Methods of Construction

On Wednesday 17 September 2025, Greater Whitsunday Housing Alliance hosted a workshop that included a presentation from Simon McCarthy of Systemised Design on modern methods of construction and their benefits. The presentation details how new building practices can be utilised to create more efficient housing in a shorter timeframe. It also goes over some issues unique to Mackay and the housing climate in our area.
